About

A New Season Of You

I founded Wild Seasonal Living after my own journey as a breast cancer survivor, photographer, wellness enthusiast, and advocate for aging confidently. Here, I share the things that light me up most—wellness, fitness, beauty, seasonal decorating, porch styling, personal growth, and reinvention. My deeper why is simple: I want to connect with women around the world and offer the hard-won experience and collective wisdom that has carried me through so many seasons of life. I truly believe women don’t disappear after 50. Through my articles, photography, interviews, seasonal inspiration, wellness resources, and practical tips, I hope to help you embrace aging with strength, authenticity, and joy.

An elegant still life of a wooden dining table set for a simple, seasonal meal: a stoneware bowl filled with roasted root vegetables, a small dish of sea salt, a linen napkin in muted earth tones, and a glass carafe of infused water with floating citrus slices and herbs. The table sits beside a window framing soft autumn foliage outside. Late afternoon golden-hour light pours in, catching the edges of the glass and the sheen of olive oil on the vegetables. The mood is warm, grounded, and nourishing. Photographic realism, eye-level composition with shallow depth of field, keeping the food crisp and detailed while gently blurring the background for a sophisticated, cozy feel.
